Bar Last Call ("Bar Last Call," "we," "us") operates a software platform that lets customers place drink orders with participating bars. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Bar Last Call is a technology platform, not a seller of alcohol — participating bars are the sellers and are responsible for serving decisions and verifying identification.

Information we collect

• Mobile phone number — to verify your identity with a one-time code and to send the messages described below.
• Name — so bartenders can identify your orders.
• Date of birth — to confirm you are 21 or older. A bartender still physically checks your ID at the bar.
• Order activity — the items you order and your tab at a participating bar, so the bar can fulfill them.
• Limited technical data — basic device/session information needed to run the app securely.

How we use your information

• To verify your phone number and sign you in.
• To route your orders to the bar you've checked into and run your tab.
• To send you the transactional text messages you've consented to (below).
• To confirm age eligibility and to keep the service secure.

Text messaging (SMS)

When you enter and verify your mobile number in the app, you consent to receive a one-time login/verification code by text from Bar Last Call. This code is used only to sign you in.

Separately and optionally, you may opt in to transactional order notifications — order-ready, pickup, and last-call alerts for the bar you've checked into — by checking the SMS box during signup. This box is unchecked by default. You can decline it and still use Bar Last Call, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with service providers strictly to deliver the messages you've asked for.

How we share information

• With the participating bar you order from — your name and order, so they can prepare and hand off your drinks.
• With service providers who run parts of the platform on our behalf (for example, our text-message delivery and hosting providers), under obligations to protect your data.
• When required by law — to comply with a valid legal request or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your data, and we do not allow our providers to use it for their own purposes.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

• Text messages — reply STOP to stop notifications at any time.
• Access or deletion — contact us at Donnovanmiller@gmail.com to request access to, or deletion of, your information, subject to applicable law.

Age requirement

The app is intended only for individuals 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
